We aim to respond to all emails within 2 days.
By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
We have a minimum order of £14, any orders under £14 will be fully refunded.
How much does Local delivery cost?

How much does National delivery cost?
National delivery charges are as follows:-
England & Wales - £3.50
Central Scotland - £3.50
£50+ Order - FREE
National shipping orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays & Thursdays, with next day shipping.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to the following places. Any orders will be refunded.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to pick and pack orders within 48 hours and deliver in 3-5 working days. During busy periods it might take a little longer, but we will you advise you of this when you place an order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We use UK Mail as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information direct from the courier once it has been dispatched from Beer Brothers Brewery.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please contact us directly on email@example.com.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you of the next step.
My item is damaged, what do I do?
If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty please email us on email@example.com. We will endeavour to rectify the situation and advise you of the next step.
