A full-bodied wheat beer brewed with a 50:50 barley to wheat split. A generous addition of Saaz hops in the kettle give a soft lemon sherbet aroma. But what's a raspberry beer with no raspberry?!? In went 25 litres of raspberry puree to the fermenter, giving a beautiful red tinge & raspberry tartness!
